5-Methyltetrahydrofolate or Folate: The most biologically active form of folic acid and is known as folate. The body uses folate for DNA synthesis to regenerate nerves, promote a healthy memory, decrease homocysteine levels, and increase HDL while lowering LDL.

Methylcobalamin: The methylated form of Vitamin B-12, which in context to pain, has been used to treat peripheral and diabetic neuropathies.

Vitamin D3: Also known as cholecalciferol, vitamin D3 regulates the concentration of calcium and phosphate in the bloodstream, which promotes healthy remodeling of the bone.
